3. Because he says he would spend half of his time sharpening his saw, we learn to prepare ourselves and be ready before we take on a project.
4. False. There is a place for a to-do list at times, but it can be a source of stress if it is overloaded.
5. If your task takes one or two minutes to complete, don’t write it down. Half that time is spent writing it down just to be crossed off.
6. The Ta Da List replaces your to-do list by celebrating the things you have completed. It helps you recognize what you have done rather than what you have to do. The Could Do list shows you everything you need to get done eventually, or could do at some point. A to do list sets you up for failure because if you don’t finish everything on it, you have failed yourself. If you work off the things you could do, you will not fail.
