Episode Description:

Go Someplace New

The Chinese have a saying, “frog in a well,” about a person whose life is limited to a tiny area, with no new input. The same way a frog deep in a well sees only a small circle of light above, it’s easy for us to fall into a rut and do the same things over and over. Going to a new place can open us up to new experiences and insights. It can be a trip to a new country far away, or it can be a new restaurant down the street.

Word of the Day: gorge (noun) deep valley, canyon

Question of the Day: Why is it easy to “stay in a rut” and go to the same places over and over?
