I prayed to God before I went to sleep every night this week. It helps a lot! I used to feel dismal and cheerless when lying on the bed just thinking about how tiring and busy the next day would be, but now I can ask God for help. I pray to God: although I will surely be tired the whole following day, I ask Him to still give me the passion to pursue knowledge from studying and show concern to the people around me.
